30 day - Incomplete Registration - From the date of registration, after 25 days
of incomplete registration, website login accounts without an associated payee id
number will be marked as purge pending. If a login account is in jeopardy of being
purged an email notification will be sent 5 days prior to the purge. Simply returning
to the website, logging in and complete the access authorization online form will
remove the account from the purge pending status.
- 60 day - Inactivity - From the
date of last login, after 50 days of inactivity, website login accounts will be
marked as purge pending. If a login account is in jeopardy of being purged an email
notification will be sent 10 days prior to the purge. Simply returning to the website
and logging in will remove the account from purge pending status.
Website login accounts does not effect the anything other than your
ability to access the website. Remember that the login account is simply the means
by which you are ability view the line item details of a Direct Deposit (ACH) payment.
If your website
login account credentials are purged to use the Housing Assistance Payment Viewer
Website you will need to re-register and re-complete the access authorization online
form.
