How to reset your password
The following steps will normally reset a password and send a confirmation email
message with the username & password.
If these steps do now work please provide more details
about the error by using the online form
ContactUs. In your message please answer the final four questions in the bulleted
list as well as questions 8 thru 11.
- Go to http://hap.maricopahousing.org
- Click Login
- Click Forgotten Password?
- Enter Username
- Click Submit
- Enter Answer to security question
- Click Submit
- If the reset is sucessful, do you see the confirmation message in the browser?
- When you check your email, the same one used during registration, do you receive
a confirmation message?
- If you get a confirmation email does it indicate the username and new password?
- If you attempt to use the new password does it work properly?
Are you unable to complete the preceding steps 1 thru 7?
- If so which step in the process is resulting in an error?
- If so what browser version are you using (Internet Explorer 6 or 7, Firefox, Opera,
etc)?
- If so do you have cookies enabled?
- If so do you have JavaScript enabled?
